On the morning of November 13th, HELI Oceania hosted a truly momentous delivery ceremony – celebrating a key partnership milestone between HELI and MLA Holdings. Many important guests were in attendance such as Mr. Fei Gaoyun, Executive Vice Governor of Anhui Province, HELI Chairman Anguo Yang, MLA Chairman Matt Saunders and other Anhui government officials.
