METALTECH & AUTOMEX 2026, one of Southeast Asia’s premier exhibitions for industrial manufacturing and smart logistics, opened in Kuala Lumpur this week. HELI participated with a strong presence, debuting two flagship products and a full smart logistics solution suite under the theme “Smart HELI, Driving the Future of Intelligent Logistics”, demonstrating its overseas innovation strength and the global competitiveness of Chinese intelligent manufacturing.
New Products Built for ASEAN Conditions
Targeting Southeast Asia’s high-temperature, heavy-duty operating environments, HELI launched the G2 PLUS AI lithium-electric forklift and the G3 Series 2–3.5t IC forklift, alongside live demos of its AGV automated equipment.
The G2 PLUS AI runs on a 115.2V high-voltage platform with a standard liquid-cooled system for tropical climates. Its dual ADAS + ASAS safety architecture delivers AI-powered pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring, and overspeed alerts, directly addressing the mixed pedestrian-vehicle environments common across ASEAN facilities.
The G3 Series, built on HELI’s proprietary platform, offers high stability and low maintenance: a reliable workhorse for manufacturing, stone, timber, and warehousing operations.
Strong Market Response, Deeper Local Roots
The booth drew heavy foot traffic, with ASEAN distributors and buyers engaging in detailed discussions on the new lineup. HELI also used the exhibition to update local channel partners on product specs and go-to-market strategies, strengthening dealer confidence and localized service capabilities.
