On the morning of 21 June, the opening ceremony of the 2024 RCEP Forum, with the theme “Regional partnership for common development”, was held in Huangshan City. HELI brought the latest lithium-ion products to the forum, actively displaying its corporate image and product strength in both indoor and outdoor exhibition areas.
RCEP(Regional Com-prehensive Economic Partnership) is the world’s most populous, largest trade and economic free trade area with the greatest potential for development. The RCEP agreement is now in effect for all its 15 members as the world’s largest free trade pact came into force for the Philippines on June 2, 2023, marking a new stage for the trade bloc of the world’s largest population and trade volumes.
The full entry into force of RCEP has created more favorable conditions for the expansion of inter-regional trade in goods and empowered the high-quality development of the enterprise’s foreign trade. From 2018-2023, sales of HELI products exported to RCEP member countries increased by 256%, with a CAGR of 29% during the period. Among them, the sales of HELI products in Thailand exceeded 10,000 units in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 29%, with a local market share of more than 35%, and the market share has remained No. 1 continuously since 2021. From January to May this year, sales of HELI products in Thailand increased by 54% year-on-year, and sales in Australia increased by 63% year-on-year.
During the forum activities, HELI actively carried out in-depth communication and cooperation meetings with Thailand Chamber of Commerce in Anhui, and both sides conducted in-depth discussions on future cooperation in the fields of new energy, intelligent manufacturing and other areas.
Looking to the future, HELI will actively grasp the new opportunities of RCEP, drive more high-quality products, high-quality technology and high-quality services to the world, and endeavour to open up a new space in the international market of RCEP.
